PSP Legal is the leading law firm in the country to represent over 85,000 Real Estate buyers against various Builders.

Only law firm to represent real estate buyers before various adjudication forums/courts i.e. Supreme Court, High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and Criminal Courts (registration of FIR etc.)

PSP Legal is the only law firm to get a class action suit i.e. 12 (1) (c) to be adjudicated in record time i.e. 8 months from NCDRC. The matter Anurag Gupta & Ors v. Unitech Hi-tech Projects Pvt. Ltd CC/661/2017 was settled in less than 8 months with an order of refund with 9% interest from the Builder.

In one such case, the chairman of a real estate company approached a Delhi court seeking injunction against home buyers coming to his house or office following delay in possession of flats. However, instead of grating an injunction to the builder, the court presided by senior civil judge Sunil Beniwal directed him to grant complete and unrestricted access to buyers, over 1,400 in number, and their counsel Piyush Singh from PSP Legal.

PSP Legal represented a home buyer who was cheated by a real estate developer by inducing the buyers on pretext that one International Tennis Celebrity has endorsed the project. PSP Legal approached criminal court through 156(3) CRPC and got an FIR registered against the Builder and the tennis player i.e. Maria Sharapova. The order was first of its kind, as never ever had an FIR being registered against a celebrity for endorsing a project.

News report :

Following a court order, Delhi Police registered an FIR under cheating and criminal conspiracy charges against tennis star Maria Sharapova, in whose name a luxury housing project was publicised and was scheduled to be completed in 2016 by a Gurgaon-based developer. The project never took off.

The FIR also names the developers. Gurgaon-based Bhawana Agarwal (44), through her lawyer Piyush Singh of PSP Legal, had filed a complaint in a Delhi court against Homestead Infrastructure Development, Homestead Infrastructure Maintenance, Homestead Arabic Homes, the company directors and Sharapova.
