Akshay Srivastava graduated in law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and is qualified to practice in India.He is part of the disputes resolution team at the Delhi office of the firm. Mr Srivastava represents the firm in civil, commercial, and regulatory litigations before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and various fora in Delhi NCR region. Akshay has expertise in handling and defending clients for economic offences and white collar crimes. He has been involved in leading contentious litigation in and outside India.
